TV APPEARANCES
We appeared in both series of Channel 5's "Million Pound Mega Motorhomes". Here are the 2 episodes, one was filmed in the UK, and the second was filmed on location in The Gambia, 6 months into our journey.
ABOUT US
We are Charlotte and David, and this is our adventure.
In our previous life, before retiring, we travelled extensively but never in a camper or truck like this. It was always on public transport. We now have to rely on our own research, knowledge and experience.

THE ROUTE
This is our intended journey but Covid made our trip through West Africa rather tricky. We shipped twice, Morocco-Senegal, and again after storing the truck in The Gambia for 4 months, Senegal-Namibia. Covid restrictions have as I write this been mostly lifted, and our route forward is open.
We don't plan too far ahead, and make up our route as we go along, unless we require visas, which needs planning.
We find often locals or other travellers recommend routes and places not specifically known to us, so plans change.
